Interior pages are otherwise clean. Binding is firm. A very good copy. The book was acquired from a cleanout sale by Billy Brasfield (makeup artist Billy B) from his Aberdeen, Mississippi property in June 2022. Billy B was Lady Gaga's makeup artist from 2009-2011. Speculatively it seems that Billy B was presented the book from Castro but Billy B decided that the inscription was an improper solicitation (rather than an appropriate salutation) and the book quite likely never reached Lady Gaga. {Photo-Shelf#2} ISBN 0967212944.
