The framework captures morpheme origin, grammatical function, and clause boundaries, enabling identification of matrix and embedded languages and supporting both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Findings indicate that Afaan Oromoo serves as the matrix language, with English providing lexical items and Amharic playing a minor role. The study also revealed that for the practices of peacebuilding and conflict transformation in the study area started a little in the form of resilience but most practices are conflict resolution, management and prevention which is only tentative solution to the problem. The mechanisms used for the purpose of peacebuilding seems a system of creating common understanding on the problem and establishing a ground for the commencement of the peacebuilding and conflict transformation activities. Findings reveal that early identification enhances access to specialized services and fosters parental empowerment but is constrained by stigma, cultural beliefs, financial hardship, limited training, and systemic resource shortages. The framework captures morpheme origin, grammatical function, and clause boundaries, enabling identification of matrix and embedded languages and supporting both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Findings indicate that Afaan Oromoo serves as the matrix language, with English providing lexical items and Amharic playing a minor role.
