Aggiungi al carrelloHardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: Near Fine. First Edition, First Printing. 6 1/4 X 9 1/4 Inches. 265 PP. First printing copy with complete number line to the "1" on the copyright page. Original price of $24.95 intact on front flap. Signed with a lengthy inscription by LeRoy Walker to Dick Cecil. Walker… was a noted American track and field coach and the first African-American president of the United States Olympic Committee. Cecil was with the Atlanta Braves organization for over 25 years. He left to pursue a consulting business that included the booking of "The Beatles" to Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium in 1965 and the creation of the Cracker Jack Old-Timer's Classic Baseball Game. An important association item from the collection of a man who was an important player in the Braves organization, integral to the integration of baseball in America, brought Major League soccer to Atlanta and considered Henry "Hank" Aaron one of his closest friends. A few pages bear a marck at top gutter from a paperclip. Obviously, a copy that was read by a dear friend. Signed.
