Semi structured questionnaires were administered to 153 respondents from which 43 were all share department expertise and 110 were conveniently selected shareholders from those banks and interviews also administered for share department directors of those banks. The questionnaires covered the key aspects of what options are there to transfer shares in the absence of secondary stock market in Ethiopia and related challenges and benefits.The main conclusions of the paper were: despite the absence of secondary stock market in Ethiopia shares can be transferred between investors through different ways includes by purchase through the help of share department employees of the companies, by descendant¿s if the transfer is sequestration, and through court order at the time of debt settlement, divorce, death. Difficult to know market value of shares, less marketability, inaccessibility of information about share trade were the major challenges with the existing share transfer mechanism that existed in private banking companies in the absence of stock market in Ethiopia. Generally the findings suggest that shares of the private banking companies can transferred between investors in the absence of stock market in Ethiopia. Some recommendations were given from those the banks should open formal office to act as an agent for share transfer purpose for their shareholders by doing so the banks can enhance the transferability of shares.

'Babo' ¿ also Boss oder Anführer ¿ wurde erst wenige Monate zuvor vom Langenscheidt-Verlag zum Jugendwort des Jahres 2013 gekürt, ein Jahr nachdem 'Haftbefehl' den Begriff bekannt gemacht und im Wesentlichen geprägt hatte. Das entsprechende Album 'Blockplatin' stieg nach Veröffentlichung unmittelbar auf Platz 4 der deutschen Alben-Charts ein.Hohe Verkaufszahlen an Tonträgern, die starke Medienpräsenz von Rappern als auch die Tatsache, dass Politiker Inhalte von Rap-Texten für ihren Wahlkampf übernehmen, lassen erahnen, dass Hip-Hop und insbesondere Rap-Musik längst zu einem zentralen Genre der Popkultur avanciert sind. Mit der Veröffentlichung von Sido's 'Mein Block' im Jahr 2004 sowie dem Wirken weiterer Künstler des Berliner Plattenlabels 'Aggro Berlin' begann sich Gangsta-Rap zu etablieren und für den Mainstream interessant zu werden.Heute, circa zehn Jahre später, sind es Rapper wie 'Haftbefehl', 'Bushido', 'Celo und Abdi', 'Massiv', 'Fard und Snaga' und 'Kollegah', die das Genre Gangsta-Rap dominieren. Oft stehen Inhalte wie Kriminalität und Drogen im Mittelpunkt, wobei die Abwertung Anderer grundsätzliches Element der Stilrichtung zu sein scheint. In Kombination mit der Migrationsgeschichte, die viele Rapper aufweisen, erfüllen sie die gesellschaftliche Rolle eines 'Bürgerschrecks' und sind mitunter die Projektionsfläche öffentlicher Diskurse um Integration, Bildung und Sicherheit.

Augustus veranlasste nicht nur Privilegien für verheiratete Paare, es bestand sogar eine Heiratspflicht für die Bürger Roms, ebenso wie strenge Fristen zur erneuten Heirat, wenn der Partner verstorben war. Des Weiteren gab es hohe Strafen bei Ehebruch sowie drastische Sanktionen für unverheiratete Paare.Aufgrund dieses deutlichen Bekenntnisses zur Institution 'Ehe' sei anzunehmen, dass Kaiser Augustus selbst eine ideale Ehe führte. Augustus' Ehereformen wurden erst im Jahre 18 v. Chr. eingeführt, bzw. 9 n. Chr. erweitert, er war also bereits viele Jahre mit Livia verheiratet und ihm war das Leben als verheirateter Mann persönlich geläufig. Vor der Verbindung mit Livia war Augustus bereits zwei Mal verheiratet gewesen. Nachdem die besonderen Umstände der Hochzeit mit Livia beleuchtet werden, wird die Ehe von Augustus und Livia auf ihre sittenpolitische Korrektheit überprüft. Obwohl aus der Verbindung keine Kinder hervorgingen, was das eigentliche Ziel einer römischen Ehe war, war das Paar ganze 52 Jahre lang verheiratet und wurde erst mit dem Tode des Kaisers von einander getrennt.

Das entsprechende Album 'Blockplatin' stieg nach Veröffentlichung unmittelbar auf Platz 4 der deutschen Alben-Charts ein. Among the many tools of Pragmatics, Context, Presupposition, Implicature and the Cooperative Principle are employed in this research. A concluding section then summarizes the main findings of this study and connects them with the broader theoretical context of this topic.It is commonly viewed that the struggle for gay rights is a rather recent phenomenon. According to this view, the Stonewall riots of 1969 mark a turning point in the advocacy of equality and tolerance for homosexuals as well as the birth of the gay rights movement. While it is important to stress the significance of Stonewall for the LGBT community, it would be wrong to perceive of the gay rights movement as an entirely contemporary phenomenon. In fact, the struggle for equality and tolerance for gays and lesbians has been going on for quite some time now, more than 150 years to be precisely. Thus, it is important to historicize the course of the early homosexual liberation movement, not only to give credit to the pioneers in the fight for the advancement of sexual minorities but also to better understand the origins and therefore the tactics and obstacles of today s gay rights movement and social movements in general.Germany is of special importance to the history of the homosexual emancipation movement: it is both the birthplace of the gay rights movement and the country in which the most gruesome atrocities against homosexuals were committed. This transpired against the context of a time-frame in which petroleum products were imported, marketed and priced under state control. The study's findings showed that the financial performance of the OMCs which was measured using ROE was higher during the period of price regulation between 2013 and mid-2015 (June 2015) compared to the deregulation periods (i.e. mid-2015 to 2019). However, the OMCs' gross sales have dramatically appreciated relative to the regulatory era during the deregulation phase. The study recommends refinement of the pricing methods to ensure that it accommodates and addresses the issues posed by major downstream industry stakeholders in order to ensure the sustainability of the margins of the sector and thereby improve the financial and overall operational efficiency of which is expected to have a trickle-down effect on the economy. 20 pp. Englisch.

Constant data were sourced from literatures, together with hypothetical values to simulate the derived model equations using Mathlab.Effect of biomass concentration on discharge coefficient, shows that increase in biomass concentration brings a corresponding increase in the discharge coefficient as well as the bioreactor's volume revealed that substrate concentration is depleting alongside with bioreactor's volume follows the same trend of change when substrate concentration is decreasing irrespective of whether the length or area of the bioreactor is varied. The effect of microbial concentration on bioreactor volume when area and length of bioreactor are varied reveals that the process followed same trend only that there is a presence of lag phase upon the influence of inhibitors. 20 pp. Englisch.

This predicts that Low German will become extinct in the next years.Low German is a variety of German that used to be common in the northern and eastern parts of Germany for thousands of years. Being born in the 1990s or later, today's youth is not able to understand their grandparents properly when they start talking Low German or they even do not have any contact with this variety at all. In comparison, a few years ago, almost everyone in that named area of Germany spoke or at least was able to understand Low German properly. Clearly, the use of the German language and its varieties is undergoing a change right now. This paper is not just an apparent time study of Low German in the 21st century, but also looking at the different reasons this change may be caused by.
