Dieses ästhetische Vermögen dient ihm in der Praxis bei der Aneignung der Wirklichkeit, beim Erfassen der Lebenswahrheit, man kann wohl sagen, in starker Weise wie das logische Denken!¿Gegenwärtig gilt es, die Auffassung vom Gegenstand der Ästhetik und ihrer Ausweitung über die bisher untersuchten Bereiche hinaus neu zu durchdenken, da das ursprüngliche griechische Verständnis von Ästhetik als Lehre von der Wahrnehmung ungeeignet scheint, das gesamte Spektrum der Inhalte zusammenzufassen, die in unserer Zeit in diesem Feld bearbeitet werden.Vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema der Ästhetik im ausgehenden 20./ beginnenden 21. Jahrhundert, begründet auf die Geschichte, Entwicklung und Umwandlung der so genannten ¿Philosophie des Schönen¿ bis heute. Allem vorangestellt ist die Frage, ob man noch immer von einer Ästhetik im eigentlichen Sinne sprechen kann bzw. welche Aufgaben diese heute zu erfüllen hat. Da bisher nur selten in den Medienwissenschaften, der Kunstwissenschaft oder der Philosophie die Rede von Ästhetik oder Stil ist, wenn es um das Fernsehen geht, möchte ich an diesem Beispiel die Veränderung des ästhetischen Begriffs belegen. Dabei geht es darum, ¿einige traditionelle [.] Begriffe der Ästhetik im Blick auf das Fernsehen neu zu denken und zu modifizieren¿. Die Aussagen beruhen freilich nicht auf der Behauptung, dass es grundsätzlich (k)eine Ästhetik des Fernsehens gibt, sondern vielmehr findet eine Auseinandersetzung mit dieser Problematik statt, die Genanntes auch immer wieder in Frage stellt.2. Ästhetik als ¿Philosophie des Schönen¿Die Ästhetik als selbstständige Wissenschaft ist im 18. Jahrhundert aus der Philosophie heraus entstanden, begründet auf Baumgarten und Kant. Sie beschreibt die Lehre vom stilvollen Schönen und der Erfahrung des Schönen, im engeren Sinne die Lehre vom Kunstschönen und dessen Erfahrung. Spricht man also vom Ästhetischen, ist nicht selten die Rede von einer anderen Bezeichnung ¿für die scheinhafte Anwesenheit, für eine auf den Wahrnehmungsvollzug gerichtete Aufmerksamkeit, für eine sinnliche Sinnhaftigkeit und oft schlicht für die Wahrnehmbarkeit einer Sache¿.

Mit diesem Schema beleuchte ich zuerst die Weltbank, dann den IWF abschließend die WTO.Abschließend gebe ich aus den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen eine Antwort auf die oben gestellte Frage.

It investigates the historic role of St. Petersburg as Russia's 'window on Europe', and features the great masterworks of Western European art (namely, Dutch) assembled and prized in the Hermitage by the Romanov dynasty, by Peter the Great and by his spiritual follower and enlightener - Catherine the Great, in particular.Over the course of centuries, Russian tsars continuously borrowed ideas and concepts from their Western neighbors. St. Petersburg was to mark the way for Russia to become modern by creating an environment that could be maintained only by broader and deeper contact with the West. However, Peter Rietbergen in his essay on 'Russia between West and East' stresses 'the inherent duality in Russian culture, and in the national character, as half-Asian, half-European'. This issue is to be discussed and evaluated in the paper. This was what Dada artists like Marcel Duchamp, Francis Picabia, Man Ray, the Baroness Elsa von Freytag-Loringhoven and other practitioners were aiming at. A well-remembered incident is the scandal that introduced the concept of Dadaism into American Art. Duchamp brought a urinal to the first exhibition of the Society of Independent artists on 10 April 1917. He did not change anything, but moved it from its original place, called it 'Fountain' and signed it with the pseudonym 'R. Mutt'. Only four days before the exhibition took place, president Woodrow Wilson had declared war on Germany. As Michael R. Taylor writes in his essay 'New York Dada', this event 'may have played a role in Duchamp's decision to enter his scandalous submission'. The New York Dada artists wanted to show their neglect of the cruel war in Europe and with their art challenged ideas about art which were commonly accepted. They produced 'paintings, mixed-media assemblages, sculptures, found objects, readymades, photography, and performances' (Taylor, 277). With the photomontage, the film or a photography the author of a work could not be guessed by looking at the work of art (Taylor, 277), the importance of the work was rather the message behind it. The message to a society which had absurd traditions, absurd machineries whith which people killed each other and a society that had cultural prejudices, which again were absurd. Having this common interest the New York Dada artists soon came together in the appartment of Louise and Walter Arensberg in 33 West 67th Street which served for their meetings from 1915 to 1921. 'It was while surrounded by this stunning array of paintings and sculpture that the group members hotly debated such topics as art, literature, sex, politics, and psychoanalysis, while others preferred to play chess, drink champagne, or dance the night away in their bare feet.' Russian identity is and has been a topic of continual argument, of conflicting claims, competing images, contradictory criteria. According to S. Franklin, 'Russia is continually represented as a question, a field of possibilities, a set of contradictions'. After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 even more intensified self-questioning in the 'new' Russia started. Usually, such questions have been posed by the young population of Russia who happened to live in the period of global economic and ideological transitions. What kind of country is Russia to be What has happened to young people in the post-Communist phase The focus of this paper is how the changing economic, political and social geography of Russia affected the youth since the fall of communism in 1991.
