Foer's story even reveals that coping with trauma is able to bring people from different races and ages together. Even if people's trauma is caused by different events there will be a connection between these people. Moreover, it would be possible to teach this topic interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary in ethics or religious education classes.As everyone could be affected by trauma I determined this topic for my planned lesson. The reason for choosing the subtopics namely 'inventing' and 'heavy boots' referring to Oskar; Grandfather Schell's 'aphasia' and 'the doorknobs' and finally, 'supressing' and 'the feeling of being needed' with regard to Grandmother Schell reveal concreteness for the main topic. I decided to teach the topic by group work to facilitate the exchange of experiences without the danger to be exposed in front of the class. I thought this is the best way, as the students can talk about how they perceived the character and his or her ability to deal with the trauma they have gone through. The team work is followed by a presentation and discussion of this work to ensure all students have reached the same level of knowledge. Moreover, it is important have the ability to emphasise with this character and change their perspectives or contribute their own experiences with loss to explain the others why somebody could show such behaviour.I will analyse the topic by a characterisation following by a psychoanalytic approach. For one it is important to get to know why people are behaving differently after experiencing loss and second, it is illuminating for the students to become aware that trauma can be responsible for the person concerned being left with an altered personality. The lesson I have planned relates to both, characterisation and psychoanalytic approaches. After the lesson the students should have general knowledge about trauma and its effects. Furthermore, it should be clear that trauma can only be overcome by going through two phases, which build up upon each other.

Income from plantation forests can address the economic marginalisation of forest dependent people. Over the last three decades, three strategies have been put into practice to stimulate the development of both large-scale and small-scale plantation forestry in Indonesia: farm forestry, community forestry and community-company partnership. The success, however, has been limited. This paper reviews experience of these strategies in Indonesia, and considers this in the context of criteria and indicators for sustainable plantation development suggested in the literature. It then develops an analytical framework to assess whether a new policy proposed in Indonesia, ¿the People Plantation Forest¿ (PPF) policy, is likely to stimulate community-based tree growing activities.Our analysis suggests that out of six elements identified in the framework, local institutional and capacity building, along with production technology and market access improvement are aspects that PPF might cope well and thus likely to encourage independent community-based tree growing activities. Whereas other elements such land and crop tenure security together with complex licensing and marketing bureaucracy are not dealt with thoroughly and consequently might still be major stumbling blocks in that regard.For PPF to stimulate independent community-based tree growing, it requires commitment of government agencies across different jurisdictions to coordinate on the provision of technical, financial and regulatory support to minimise constraints in tree growing. Tenure security issue can be minimised through a more participatory approach for land demarcation and mapping; any initiatives conducted by members of community for such purpose should be accommodated. While complex licensing and marketing bureaucracy might be eased off through the creation of a simpler and more integrated procedure. It was a man, with whom the ¿Factory Girl¿ falls in love with, but is ultimately left by which influenced on her tragically ending way. It did not take long to find out that this film character was clearly portraying Bob Dylan As the biographical movie itself only covers a 90 minute long Hollywood adaption of Edie Sedgwick¿s life, I was motivated to learn more about Dylan¿s real connection to her, the Factory¿s role, and Andy Warhol.Thus, my mission seemed clear: listening closer to Dylan¿s albums of the 1960s and checking both biographies as well as related literature in order to find connections between the two artist¿s worlds. The difficulty of interpreting Dylan¿s songs or arranging the facts one knows about his life made the challenge even more worthwhile. Although the idea of finding a connection between both personalities in his music seemed ridiculously far-fetched during the first albums, I finally hit pay dirt on 'Blonde on Blonde'. Two songs of the album feature ¿Edian¿ characteristics and rumors have been supporting this hypothesis for years.As a result, this work aims on revealing these myths and finding a possible truth between the artist Bob Dylan, two particular songs of his album Blonde on Blonde, and Edie Sedgwick. To begin with, the songs in question (¿Leopard Skin Pill Box Hat¿ and ¿Just Like a Woman¿) shall be analyzed closer. After considering its musical and lyrical value objectively, this work attempts to leave room for a rather objective interpretation. Next, the main part of this work is going to portray the time of the song¿s emergence, Bob Dylan¿s life back then, and in how far Edie Sedgwick¿s life has intertwined with the artist¿s world. Die Aufgabe der Denkmalpflege, die Bewahrung des Denkmalwertes eines Objekts, basiert auf der pflegerischen Erhaltung dessen materieller Substanz, nach Artikel 14 der Charta von Burra. Ihr konkreter Gegenstand ist somit ein vorhandenes, materielles Objekt. Bei der Rekonstruktion hingegen kann das Objekt rein hypothetischen Charakter haben: Das Denkmal, welches durch den Prozess der Rekonstruktion erst hergestellt wird, ist hier im Gegensatz zum Gegenstand der Denkmalpflege gewissermaßen ein immaterieller Gegenstand, der erst im Zuge der Rekonstruktion zum tatsächlichen Objekt wird. In der Charta von Venedig wird das Denkmal als Zeugnis bezeichnet, das eine geistige Botschaft der Vergangenheit vermittelt. Allerdings wird in der Charta nicht explizit erwähnt, welche Beschaffenheit dieses Zeugnis haben muss, also ob es definitiv einen materiellen Hintergrund haben muss, oder ob es auch eine immaterielle Beschaffenheit haben kann, wie zum Beispiel eine Sprache, die nicht schriftlich fixiert ist.Pointiert formuliert: Denkmalpflege befasst sich mit dem Denkmal als einem materiellen Gegenstand. Rekonstruktion befasst sich hingegen mit dem Denkmal als einem immateriellen Gegenstand. In diesen gegensätzlichen Ansprüchen von Denkmalpflege und Rekonstruktion liegen die Gründe für die Debatte zwischen den Denkmalpflegern und den Rekonstruktionsbefürwortern. Wobei anzumerken ist, dass sich unter den Rekonstruktionsbefürwortern auch Denkmalpfleger befinden. Ein wesentlicher Grund, warum sich die Denkmalpfleger um ihr materielles Erbe sorgen und es ablehnen, sich mit zerstörten oder vergangenen Denkmälern zu befassen, liegt in der sogenannten Authentizität der materiellen Hinterlassenschaften begründet.
