Skin biopsies (SB) from 38 patients were analyzed. All SN samples were subjected to amplification of the RLEP region using NESTED PCR. To assess the genetic diversity of M. leprae between individuals, SN strains from 48 RLEP-positive patients were analyzed using four variable number tandem repeat loci (VNTRs). To study the variability of the strain in the same individual, BP and SN samples from 38 positive patients in the RLEP system were compared using the 15 VNTR loci. 96 pp. Englisch.

Dans cette étude, les caractérisations moléculaires et morphologiques de 32 génotypes de niébé ont été étudiées dans des conditions de stress…de sécheresse. Les critères indicateurs associés au stress de la sécheresse tels que le rendement biologique, le poids de 100 grains, le nombre de graines par gousse, les gousses par plante et l'indice de récolte ont été examinés dans des conditions de terrain. Les résultats ont montré que les génotypes 7, 210, 291, et 313 ainsi que les témoins (Mashhad et Parasto) ont été identifiés comme des génotypes tolérants avec le rendement le plus élevé. L'analyse moléculaire utilisant 22 paires d'amorces SSR a détecté un total de 186 allèles et une distance génétique de 0,0066 entre les génotypes. Le flux génétique et le PIC les plus élevés ont été détectés pour les amorces vm68 (14,88) et vm25 (0,625) respectivement. L'analyse a montré que les amorces liées au rendement économique et biologique dans des conditions normales et de sécheresse étaient respectivement Vm70, Vm33 et Vm3, Vm26. Cette recherche était destinée aux chercheurs agricoles, aux biotechnologues, aux agriculteurs, aux étudiants en agriculture et aux professeurs d'agriculture qui la trouveront certainement utile. 56 pp. Französisch.
