Moreover, the paper examines some of the cases of execution between 2008-2013 in order to observe the correctness of the application of the death penalty in the Republic of Belarus.Furthermore, by analyzing the Reports of The Human Rights Watch between 2017-2020, I will display the main human rights violated and the changes that occurred in terms of the death penalty. 68 pp. Englisch.
