There are several methods used to prevent scale formation. Scale inhibitor squeeze treatment is one of them. In this work these treatments were modell…ed using Reveal by Petroleum Experts. When the inhibitor is injected into the formation at a pressure below fracture pressure, it is distributed radially around the wellbore. But when fracture forms in the reservoir during treatment, the flow distribution will be mixed (radial-linear) because inhibitor will be pumped down the fracture. In this work return concentration of inhibitor in temporarily fractured well are compared to that in unfractured well. Indeed, the lifetime of a treatment with temporary fracturing is extended compared to the radial case. Changing different parameters of fracturing, cases were analysed and compared in terms of squeeze treatment efficiency. Fracture length, timing of fracture propagation and fracture/matrix permeability ratio were considered in this book. Overall, this work presents that which parameters of temporarily fracturing should be changed to achieve the best results. 60 pp. Englisch.

The Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany managed to bring many stakeholders of the regions together to elaborate a master-plan 'Clean Air for Mariupol'. The main goals of the project were to identify the measures to improve the quality of environment and reduce pollutants emissions and to elaborate a list of measures to protect the population of Mariupol against the consequences of air, soil and water pollution. The liquidity shock creates a demand… for credits, the idiosyncratic shock (productivity of the risky investment) determines financial development. When agents foresee their idiosyncratic shocks, they can share risk and aggregate uncertainty can enhance growth. However, imperfect foresight impedes risk sharing and constraints credits. In this case, uncertainty reduces growth in the long term. The government can promote inter-temporal saving and international capital flows to compensate for distortions. Performing a numerical analysis for developing countries, and utilizing the U.S. as a benchmark, we find a positive relationship between credits and the return of the risky investment (R&D). We also find that the return of this investment can be more important for growth than its ratio to GDP. The foregoing is crucial for developing countries that need to growth faster for development. 68 pp. Englisch.

Face detection remains a challenge because of variations in facade, illumination and expression. Problems arise particularly when searching for an image in the database containing side view face images. This study focuses on side-view profiles keeping in mind the current needs of forensics, census departments, police forces, and an array of government organization as well as the students studying data security. The literature survey explains various techniques currently in use to detect a front view face images. The statement of research problem identifies the challenges of detecting side view images. The proposed solution takes into consideration 15 automatically generated facial landmarks; mainly ears as an additional feature. Preprocessing is applied to the registered images to remove the background. A baseline algorithm is used and then a nearest neighbor searching scheme is applied. 80 pp. Englisch.

To this end, the region around the rocket is discretized into a computational mesh that is then used for the numerical solution of the equations governing the flow. The purpose of this book is to show the work of generating computational meshes in rockets and assess their suitability for flow simulation at different speed regimes. These simulations will be performed with the NS3D program that numerically solves the 3-D Navier-Stokes of turbulent flows. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -Participatory bird survey was taken as the tool to assess the management impacts of Nishorgo Support Project (NSP) of Bangladesh Forest Department in five protected areas situated in the northeast and southeast of Bangladesh. This…was systematically done for four years (2005-2008). Eight species of primarily forest birds were taken as indicators and their population densities in each of the five sites were estimated. When the annual density estimates were compared across the years it was found that two of the indicator birds (Red Junglefowl and Puff-throated Babbler) that live in the understory of the forest have increased, but one indicator bird (Oriental Pied Hornbill) that lives in the upper canopy has decreased, indicating that the forest understory has regenerated but the upper canopy has degraded over the four years. The densities of other indicator birds remained more or less unchanged over the four years. A total of 225 species of bird was recorded in five NSP sites, of which 190 (84%) were resident and the rest 35 (16%) mostly migrant. Out of 225 species, 37 (17%) were Very Common, 65 (29%) Common, 41 (18%) Uncommon and 82 (36%) Rare. 76 pp. Englisch.
