Paper has been a major part of human civilization for the past two thousand years, and our very close relationship with it has led us to dismiss it as a matter of particular complexity. But this idea is far from the truth. Paper is made from plant sources, so it is a complex material both morphologically and physically and chemically. The paper production process itself, the basis of the smoothing process and the formation of a weak network of fibers, is highly complex. The online course development cost varies by Higher education institutions and countries due to the different methodologies and labor costs.The cost analysis revealed that traditional classroom learning i…s expensive than online learning. In the example of the particular course of the Mongolian National University Medical Sciences, we estimated that online learning is more cost-effective than traditional learning by 152.51 units. If we add student learning cost, the estimate revealed that online learning is more cost-effective than traditional learning by 6002.7 units. Online and traditional students' learning achievements are not significantly different according to the results of the parametric (Levene's test) and non-parametric (Mann-Whitney test) methods in the example of 2 courses.Implications for practice and/or policy. The cost effectiveness analysis is powerful decision-making tool. This study serves as an evidence to policy makers, and higher education manager.

We classified the SNPs into different types based on the frequency of their minor alleles in the sample. The results show that the relationship between the number of different types of SNPs and the frequency of their minor alleles in the sample are very similar to the theoretical inferences and can be expressed by a power function. In human populations, the effective population size is usually not constant, and many assumptions, such as random mating and non-overlapping generations etc which are assumed under neutrality, are unlikely true strictly, but it has been generally found that major characteristics of polymorphism agree well with the predictions of neutrality. 68 pp. Englisch.

The banking industry in Kosovo has also been very careful in terms of managing credit portfolio quality, so the rates of these loans are very low, which has made confidence in this sector to be even higher.The research will address the problem of PCIs through the econometric model, where the macroeconomic factors that are addressed in the research are: GDP, inflation, unemployment rate, and interest rate, while banking factors are ROEA, ROAA, and CAR.
