Pages are clean with very slight toning but no marks, creases, stains, wrinkles or foxing. Brown faux leather covers and spine are mostly clean with just a few tiny speckles on the back cover. Cover corners are not bumped. There is about 1" of rub wear near the top of the back cover fore-edge. The gold lettering on the front cover and spine is still clean and bright.
