The second purpose of this study was to determine if showing visual aids would affect…the throwing accuracy of children with ID. The third purpose of this study was to determine if teaching correct stance and posture effect the throwing accuracy among children with ID. Throwing skills were measured by using a modified dart board during pre and posttesting. The subjects were 17 children with ID that were recruited from one elementary school located in a small southeastern U.S. city. The children were diagnosed as having various levels of Autism, Down syndrome, and other IDs. All of the participants received one hour of the same training per week. The training consisted of two throwing exercises. One of the exercises involved throwing a bean bag into the center of a hula hoop placed on the floor at 5, 7.5, and 10 ft. away. The other training exercise involved throwing tennis balls at colored circular objects placed on a board that was mounted on the wall. The subjects were randomly selected into either the experimental or control group. 88 pp. Englisch.

WHO estimates that 4 to 10 per 1000 worldwide have this disease. It is not clearly established whether cognitive impairment is due to either seizure or… anti-epileptic drugs. Previous studies already reported the relationship between homocysteine and cognitive status. The present study aimed to investigate the mechanisms involved in the cognitive impairment in patients with epilepsy on phenytoin monotherapy. A prospective case-control study was carried out in a hospital in India. Newly diagnosed epilepsy patients were the controls; Whereas, Epilepsy patients on phenytoin monotherapy were the cases. Key finding suggests that cases have mild hyperhomocysteinemia when compared with controls. Homocysteine has significant negative correlation (P0.05) with cognitive status among the cases. The present study recommends the routine assessment of homocysteine level in epilepsy patients on phenytoin monotherapy in order to protect this population from severe cognitive impairment which may ultimately progress to Alzheimer's disease. 60 pp. Englisch.

When Neutrase and the crude enzyme extract from Lactobacillus casei ssp. casei LLG were added to the young or unripened cheese slurry followed by a controlled incubation process, an intense cheese flavor without bitterness was developed in three days.This study explains the important role of X-PDP in the debittering process of casein hydrolysates. The incubation of bitter EMC with cell free extract from Lactobacillus casei ssp. casei LLG has resulted in the debittering of EMC within a few hours. The effect of varying protocol with different number of stations and applications load were observed on the throughput, delay and packet loss.increase numbers of stations, protocols used may affect the performance and QoS of WLAN. To meet the ever increasing demands in cellula…r communications system with high data rate; Massive MIMO is a promising candidate technology for next generations of wireless communication systems. Hence the problem of severe attenuation in a multipath wireless environment makes it extremely difficult for the receiver at the base station to find out the optimum transmitted signal which leads to degrade the system performance SNR and Capacity. This paper gives a quantitative comparison of space receive diversity combining techniques which are SC, MRC and EGC for massive MIMO system over Rayleigh fading channel for massive MIMO system. The results indicate that the improvements of SNR and capacity is achieved by increasing number of receive antennas for three combining techniques. Lastly, the comparison made between three techniques explains that MRC is a better performance than SC and EGC to combat multipath fading for next generation of cellular communications. 68 pp. Englisch.

The result of the software which has been written previously by other researcher without compensating passive tuning element has been compared with available commercial software known as (ADS) .The agreement was almost 100 %. Moreover, a seven port network has been constructed by using two Lange couplers and one power combiner/divider of three sections .And found that with the proper terminations, the proposed seven port network is converted into a broad-band Balan network. Finally, four interdigitated couplers have been connected tighter in such way in order to form 8-port microstrip network .The theoretical analysis for all works with its simulated results was also given .A good application of modified 8-port network with the proper termination to work as a multiplexer. 136 pp. Englisch.
