Generally, the diagnosis of GDM is made in the second trimester, which is why the main question of this research emerges, is there a difference in maternal complications and perinatal outcomes after detecting GDM before 24 weeks Is there evidence of a benefit in early diagnosis before 15 SDG.

The research managed to present notorious differences in the performance of women and men, prevailing more social questions linked to the construction of gender roles, having the teacher - even if in a quantitative minority in Elementary School - possessing greater respect, however, the teacher would have greater flexibility in approaching varied themes, the students demonstrate greater comfort in the discussions and pedagogical practices with the themes of gender and sexuality with the teacher. 56 pp. Englisch.

In view of this, the objective of t…his study is to propose a financial strategy for a micro company, located in the city of Passo Fundo. As methodological procedures, a descriptive research was used, with a quantitative approach. The data collection was based on company documents and the analysis was presented through tables and graphs. In this sense, as significant results, the financial planning showed a new vision for this company, taking into account the existing possibilities, allowing it to see the scenario in which it was inserted, showing the importance of having a financial planning within an organization. Finally, it was concluded that the company did not have any technique suitable for finances, both in the short and long term, much less had a control instrument, which only increased the financial risk. Therefore, a model of financial planning and controls was developed in order to improve its performance. 68 pp. Englisch.

In this document, it will focus on the technical analysis of a construction waste management model (RCCs), applied to a company in the construction industry in the city of Teresina, Piauí, including some aspects relevant to the case study.
