In fact, they represent an important part of the country's eco…nomic and social development programs. Their attractiveness has increased notably with the launch of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH) in 2005, which gave new life to social entrepreneurship. This has resulted in a dramatic increase in the number of cooperatives with a rate of over 220% between 2005 and 2015. Given the benefits that this sector generates in the development of human beings as well as fragile territories and its weight in the economic and social fabric of the country, our work attempts to concretely assess the contribution of cooperatives to the socio-economic development of their territory. To do this, we opted for a qualitative approach to exploratory character, based on semi-directive interviews conducted with the leaders of cooperatives studied in the province of El Hajeb. 52 pp. Englisch.

The results show that (i) unit capital expenditure incurred has a positive and insignificant effect on the tap (ii) a 1% increase in unit wage expenditure incurred leads to a downward change in the tap of 1.983162% and (iii) budget instabilities negatively influence the tap by 0.055255%. These results imply that productivity should be the basis for teacher remuneration and educational performance is related to fiscal governance. In the model inspired by Demirgüç-Kunt & Huizinga (1999), credits… to the economy are the explained variable and correspond to the financing of the economy, while financial deepening, reserves, net foreign assets (NFA), inflation and lending rates are the explanatory variables. The results indicate that of all the explanatory variables, only reserves and NVA are significant. The former positively affects the financing of the economy, while the latter has a negative impact on financing. Based on our results, we recommend an increase in reserves for banks by ensuring the accumulation of reserves, in addition there should be a threshold of net external assets of banks set by the BEAC and finally a community fund supplied by the CEMAC member states. 68 pp. Englisch.

From this variable, using elements from organizational demography and the theory of attraction and similarity, a set of… statistical analyses were developed to study the relationship with other demographic variables inherent to organizational functioning. These analyses allow us to conclude that the age of entry is related to the size of the organization, to the seniority of its personnel, to the participation of women, to its gender homogeneity and to its processes of change. The data presented suggest that, insofar as the age of entry is lower and has little variability, over time this will lead to the construction of a bureaucratic and traditional type of organization, whereas if the age of entry is higher and more dispersed, this will contribute to the construction of a smaller, more diverse organization, with greater female participation and more likelihood of change. 52 pp. Englisch.

The organic acerola is cultivated in the Tabuleiro L…itorâneo Irrigation District of Piauí - DITALPI, where three cooperatives exist with the aim of increasing production and generating employment and income. The institution analysed is the Biofruta Cooperative, made up of 26 producers, of which only 23 were analysed. The issue under analysis is to determine whether the production of organic acerola is economically viable and low risk. Analyzing deterministically, it was concluded that the producers of the 1st scenario did not have losses, but also did not have good profitability, while the producers of the 2nd scenario had losses, while those of the 3rd scenario expressed positive net income and a more comfortable situation in relation to the other scenarios. In the risk assessment, it was found that the producers of the 1st scenario were subject to high risks in production, that the producers of the 2nd scenario were at 100% risk of continuing to produce and the producers of the 3rd scenario proved to be quite profitable. 72 pp. Englisch.

We obtained good results with a complete remission in 50% of the cases, with few side effects thanks to a regular follow-up of our patients, as well as their supplementation in folic acid. Biotherapies are as effective as methotrexate with fewer side effects, however their cost remains high and they are not reimbursed by social security. The use of B-group preparations in the complex treatment of visual impairment in children (myopia, hypermetropia, astigmatism) has a positive effect on the severity of clinical symptoms and improves ophthalmological and neurological examination indices. Use of B-group drugs in the complex treatment of vertebrogenic syndromes in children effectively reduces the intensity of pain syndrome in patients with acute, subacute and chronic pain syndromes, especially acute and subacute back pain, which directly affects the improvement of psycho-emotional state, slightly reducing manifestations of asthenovegetative and cerebrastenic syndromes. 52 pp. Englisch.
