During the course of this study, the obstacles th…at these students encounter in accessing their first job were explained. In order to reach this explanation, documentary research and interviews were privileged. The model of explanation in this study focused on three theories. Methodological individualism, which places individual job search behaviours at the centre of interpretation. Symbolic interactionism, which accounts for the affirmation of a plural individual, an individual confronted with risks and more or less endowed with economic, social, educational and cultural resources to cope with them. As for social constructivism, it highlights the relationship between employment and training, which seems somewhat insufficient, hence the individual's recourse to adaptation in relation to the labour market. Through these theories, the links that can exist between access to employment and the field or department, the strategy and the qualification of students were highlighted. 68 pp. Englisch.

The results showed that the main and most abundant floral visitors of the cashew fl…owers were Apis mellifera (68%), Trigona spinipes (30%), Xylocopa grisescens (1%) and Plebeia aff. Flavocincta (1%). The cashew tree has a high production of flowers, but the levels of natural pollination are far below its potential for fruit set, when compared with manual cross-pollination and Apis mellifera pollination. The flowers of the cashew tree do not have the capacity to carry out self-pollination, requiring the participation of abiotic agents, in the case of wind and/or biotic agents, such as bees, in order to have the flowers pollinated. It is concluded that the cajazeira is an andromonoic and allogamous species, great producer of pollen and with syndrome of pollination by melitofilia, where the species Apis mellifera, Trigona spinipes and Xylocopa grisecens are its effective pollinators. Apis mellifera is the main pollinator and the most efficient, promoting an increase in the fruit's vengeance. 68 pp. Englisch.

Atypical teratoid/rabdoid tumour, on the contrary, is very rare; this article only describes clinical cases. At present, there are no recommendations and protocols for treatment of EOCNS in the adult population both in the Republic of Belarus and in neighboring countries. Patients are more often treated using paediatric protocols. In order to improve the quality of neurooncological care for the adult population, it is necessary to develop recommendations for treatment of patients with EOCNS. Thus, an analysis of failure modes, their effects and criticality was conducted by a multidisciplinary team. After modeling the process, the team identified potential failure modes and focused on determining their causes and effects. Then, a risk prioritization was conducted after scoring the failure modes. An action plan was finally proposed that allowed the control of 80% of the global criticality. The areas for improvement mainly targeted pharmaceutical validation, production and quality control. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -The objectives of this work were to determine the wealth generated and its distribution among the three factors of production: land (soil income), labor (wages) and capital (profits and interest) in the cultivation of drip irrigate…d vines (Vitis vinifera L.) in the state of Coahuila, Mexico. The methodology used is that of Descriptive Economics which records that the Gross Value of Production (GVP) is equal to the Value of Inputs (VI) plus the wealth generated measured by the Value Added (VA). The results show that 3,540.38 tons of vines were produced with a GVA of USD 2.717 million and a profit equal to USD 0.90698 million, with a GVA of 1.50, for which USD 1.81 million was invested, the work of 215.9 people and a volume of water of 4.05 hm3 was used. The BPV was broken down into 32.9% (USD 0.8944 million) for VI and 67.1% for VA. The VA (USD 1.822 million) was distributed as follows: 27.3% for salaries, 15.9% for land rent and 56.8% for profits, interest and depreciation of fixed capital. 80 pp. Englisch.
