In addit…ion, the five most developed countries have lower linkage indices than the five least developed countries, indicating that countries such as Russia, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, China and Indonesia demand and supply inputs with a higher incorporated CO2eq content than the most developed countries. The study showed the importance of the interregional flow of countries to combat CO2eq emissions incorporated into international trade, with Russia and China standing out, not only because they are among the main emitters, but also because they are the economies with the most interlinked production structures that are intensive in atmospheric emissions, as well as having the highest amount of emissions per monetary unit and being the main net exporters of CO2eq. Therefore, international conferences should pay more attention to these two countries, as they are not part of the mandatory GHG reduction group established in the Paris agreement. 52 pp. Englisch.

Their individuality and coordination of ligands and nitrate anions to the central ion were determined by X…-ray phase analysis and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the coordination compound [Ca(NO3)2(NC5H4CONH2)2(H2O)2] was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis for the first time; the products of thermolysis were identified and the thermal properties of the synthesized compounds were determined. Energy parameters, charge distribution on atoms, geometry and reactivity of the synthesized compounds were determined by quantum-chemical methods. On the basis of biological activity analysis, a new stimulant for agricultural plants, Ca(NO3)2-CO(NH2)2-CS(NH2)2, was identified in a series of synthesized compounds. Application of the preparation resulted in acceleration of germination time, shortening of vegetation period and increase in cotton yield. 148 pp. Englisch.

In an observational, case-con…trol study carried out between 2014 and 2016, 33 patients underwent arthroscopic treatment for recurrent shoulder dislocation. The patients were allocated to the study group (n=17) in which the anchor was positioned through the subscapularis tendon portal and the control group in which the anchor was positioned through the anteroinferior portal. Shoulder function was assessed using various scores. The strength of the subscapularis muscle was measured using an electronic dynamometer and the positioning of the anchors was measured and compared using X-rays in the PA and Profile views. The use of the subscapularis portal proved to be safe in relation to neurovascular structures and improved the positioning of the anchor(s) in the anteroinferior aspect of the glenoid compared to the anteroinferior portal, allowing for a more orthogonal placement of the anchor(s). The portal through the subscapularis has no functional repercussions. 52 pp. Englisch.

Although public policies have a specific meaning, the product of a dramatic process of conflict b…etween different social actors, they don't always actualise this meaning in the process of their implementation, either because of the actions of the social actors involved or because of the specific administrative difficulties in dealing with the demands presented by the different social actors. In the case in point, border regions are challenging, as they are not dealing with social segments with traditional social stratification, but rather with a group of social actors in a constant process of social mobility. In this sense, we sought to define the study areas according to the distinct socio-economic realities present in the state of Rondônia, which, in turn, was a product of its occupation process that is still juxtaposed today as a reality in the region.
