According to the results, Spermine was more effective than Spermidine in most of the traits. The highest mean of traits such as plant height, stem diameter, flower diameter, Chlorophyll and Carotenoid content were observed in 10 ppm Spermine. As a result, a second experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Spermine on salinity stress in a factorial experiment in a completely randomized design. Treatments included four Spermine concentrations (0, 5, 10, 15 ppm) and salinity stress (0, 60, 120 mM) of Sodium Chloride. The present study considers the analytical approach on a concentric tube heat exchanger with the helical baffle. The objective of the study is to reduce the size with effect to increase the effectiveness of the heat exchanger. A heat exchanger with 100mm external diameter and 560mm length contains a helical baffle with 20 - degrees inclination. The designed heat exchanger is analyzed by varying the mass flow rate of hot water from 0.25Kg/s to 2Kg/s at an interval of 0.25kg/s at three different temperatures i.e. 363.16K, 368.16K, 373.16K. A nanofluid is applied to cool the hot water without any loss. The mass flow rate of cold fluid is 2Kg/s at 30 degrees Celsius. The results have displayed that the heat exchanger exhibited appreciable effectiveness at a flow rate of 0.25Kg/s for hot water at 373.16K temperature. Following observed soil variations, surface (0-15cm) and sub-surface (15-30 cm) soil samples were taken viz: Arboretum, Cashew, Oil palm (OP) and Fallow. Modal profile pits were dug, described and sampled following standard guidelines. These samples were subjected to physical and chemical analyses. The results showed that Arboretum, OP and Fallow unlike Cashew had no significant (p<0.05) effect on BD, while TN was moderate (0.22% - 0.16%) in all the land uses. Phosphorus levels were low in all the land uses and not significantly different except in Cashew and OP.
