The miniature autobiography discusses their many activist efforts. Walter was a construction worker, union activist for the CIO, member of the IWW and both were members of the Communist Party. Elizabeth was a writer for VOGUE, participant for the advancement of WPA and Workers Alliance. They worked on integration efforts in society and within unions and they were semi-successful in implementing rent control.…
