A unique, one-of-a-kind community cookbook with hand lettered titles and numbered pages, type written pages, and quaint, hand drawn illustrations. 26 pages. There is no printing date or reference to geographic location. The contributor is given for each recipe entry, fold sayings and principles are scattered throughout the text. Foreword: "This book has been prepared with the love and prayers of all the ladies of the East Princeton Baptist Church with the hopes that this is just on small step to friendship & fellowship with all who use these recipes. This bit of ephemera features the poem, "Mack," by Neal who was the Poet Laureate of Georgia. Mack was the family dog. There is no publication information so I'm guessing that this was published by Neal, probably in Calhoun. A photograph of him is on the front; another photograph of Neal with his grandchildren and the dog Mack is on the back. It has brown parchement-like wraps and mildly tanned unpaginated pages inside. This is a collection of 14 short sketches at about 2 pages apiece. The outer wraps have some wear and rubbing especially at the spine foot, head and rolling of corner tips, and along opening edge. Has a bookstore sticker on title page and some pages are loose fom the staples, but it is complete. Size: 8vo - over 7" - 9" tall. Book.

8x10 cartoon likely a color laser print mounted on an 11x14 inch gray mat frame signed in pencil and date '83 by the cartoonist. Depicts a well-endowed naked man with bugging eyes, lolling tongue squeezing a tube of ? while his partner sits reading a book in an armchair with a frilly-shaded lamp behind him in muscle-shirt and tight jeans, high leather boots. Both characters sport gorgeous '70s pornstaches! Original printed signature and date of '82 in green. Pencil added signature and date below. Light rippling otherwise very good. The cartoonist was known for publication in several gay periodicals in the 1970s and "Nunsequiters" a collection of panels. He died of AIDS in 1986 in San Francisco.

Using historical anecdotes of human atrocities, slavery, and corruption--including lynchings, burnings at the stake, executions of nihilists, officials taking bribes, etc.--the author intends to raise awareness and inspire men to use humanitarianism to defeat these injustices. Settings are in Turkey, Russia, Great Britain, France, and America in the nineteenth century. Not religious in intention. Although the author succeeds in horrifying the reader, he offers no specific steps for righting the injustices presented. Some light discoloration/sunning and irregular light staining to cover; rear cover scratched. Interior clean and tight.

Author is a photo-archivist at the Montana Agricultural Center's Schwinden Library, in Fort Benton, Montana. Many of these Cameron photographs are otherwise unpublished. SIGNED and numbered (718 of 750). Blue spiral-bound paperback in new condition. Print quality of both the text and the photographs is excellent.
