In the near future, it is expected that there will be a large amount of solid waste produced, including hazardous and plastic waste. It is said that bad land filling in India has a negative effect on the climate. Because of the poor collection, storage, recycling, and processing of solid waste, the quality of solid waste has deteriorated. However, there are many barriers to successful solid waste management, such as weak methods and ineffective Human Resource Management (HRM) practices, which necessitate the creation of a new job role. Complex job design strategies in the field of solid waste practices are not in line with technical development requirements, necessitating the creation of a new job position. Other impediments include a lack of recognising future hires and upgrade loopholes that encourage internal recruiting.
