Dies hat sich inzwischen erheblich geandert - das Spektrum der Fragen ist breiter, tiefer und angemessener geworden. In der zweiten notwendig gewordenen Auflage haben sich in Teilgebieten Ver schiebungen ergeben. Wintersmog ist beispielsweise dank der bisher erreichten Emissionsminderungen kein Thema mehr. Der Sommersmog dagegen ist ein Thema geworden. Diesen Entwicklungen haben wir Rechnung getragen.
