There are at present no book publications on this topic and one of the aims of this book is to collect most of the algorithms produced in the last 15 years. Berechnungen zur dynamischen Bela stung fehlen bisher. Die Aufgabenstellung dieser Arbeit ist es, eine elektromyographische Funktionsanalyse der Muskeln der Rotatorenmanschette und des M. biceps brachii am bewegten Schulter gelenk eines gesunden' Kollektivs durchzuführen. Gleichzeitig erfolgten dynamometri sche und goniometrische Messungen zur Berechnung der entwickelten Muskelkraft und zur Messung der dabei erreichten Gelenkstellung. Die Muskelfunktion qualifizierende Elektromyographie und die Kraft quantifizierende Dynamometrie bilden die Vorausset zung für eine physikalische Beschreibung der Funktion der Rotatorenmanschette und der langen Bizepssehne unter dynamischen Bedingungen. Mit Hilfe dieser Normalwerte sollte eine vergleichende Berechnung des Kraft- und Bewegungsverlustes bei Rupturen der Rotatorenmanschette ermöglicht werden. Schließlich soll diese Untersuchung dazu dienen, die biomechanische Funktion der Schult~rmuskulatur weiter aufzuklären und darauf basierend dem Chirurgen Hinweise für eine funktionsgerechte Wiederherstellung der Rotatorenmanschette und der langen Bizepssehne an die Hand zu geben.
