Employing the small phase space method we arrived at a c…haracteristic angular dependence of the production cross section ds - 1/ (pi - th) near the strictly backward direction. This effect takes place for any number n 3 of interactions of rescattered particle, either elastic or inelastic (with resonance excitations in intermediate states), when the final particle is produced near corresponding kinematical boundary. In the small final angles interval including the value th = pi the angular dependence of the cumulative production cross section can have the crater-like (or funnel-like) form. Further studies including, probably, certain numerical calculations, are necessary to clear up this point. Such a behaviour of the cross section near the backward direction is in qualitative agreement with available data. Some mathematical aspects of the nuclear glory phenomenon in the cumulative particles production, which are of methodical interest, are discussed as well. 60 pp. Englisch.

In order to capture the lived experiences of the instructors a qualitative design using a phenomenological approach is employed. Nine current Military Training Instructors are selected based on researcher developed criteria. The study's data was gathered by conducting on-site, in-depth, semi-structured interviews with each participant. The interview transcripts were coded into meaningful clusters and experiences using a Modified van Kaam method. A computer assisted qualitative data analysis program helped to identify emergent themes that are common to all of the participants interviewed. Five themes of the instructors' experiences with the phenomenon of emotions are realized: (a) role model, (b) disciplinarian, (c) socialization (d) training frustrations, and (e) pride at the end product. 124 pp. Englisch.

However, there remains the challenge of characterizing the enzymes involved in these proce…sses. Auxin is the light-induced signal formed in leaves that triggers Ntann12 expression in roots mature cells. Without any stress, Ntann12 expression is observed only in light conditions. It is repressed by darkness and by auxin carrier inhibitors. Osmotic, salt and water stresses also repress Ntann12 expression. Therefore, abiotic stresses repress Ntann12 expression by reducing auxin availability or by inhibiting auxin transport. The analysis suggests that Ntann12 is implicated in auxin metabolism, possibly through an enzymatic function. Ntann12 is expressed in root mature cells where auxin turnover are naturally highest, and in leaves and root undifferentiated cells after exogenous application. This book therefore provides additional mechanisms by which IAA homeostasis is regulated. The analysis should help biologists and agronomists to better investigate plant tolerance to various stresses that are major limiting factors for plant growth and yield. 132 pp. Englisch.

Here the risk and its capital requirement are harmonized on fractal dimensional measure. It is a much simplified model and could be used as a guide to obtain portfolio selection policies that are nearly as good as the optimal ones from practical concern. Also as a device to determine the likelihood estimators of random variable of real life data set in finance logistics in capturing the dynamic natures of financial markets on tradeoffs between time specific risk, loss occurring at a point in time or dimensions. We have shown here that HFD measure satisfy the condition for subadditive and, translative invariant hence coherent while FDM does not because the covering set are all taken to be equal. 64 pp. Englisch.

The setting of this study takes place in two major private hospitals in Al Ain…city- United Arab Emirates. A descriptive, cross-sectional research study was conducted in 2014 with a non-random convenient sample of 88 nurses (40% of the target population) at two major private hospitals in Al Ain- United Arab Emirates. The response rate was 63%. The survey used in this study was the BARRIERS Scale which was developed by Funk, Champagne, Wiese and Tornquist (1991b). The results of the study indicated that the greatest barrier to Evidence Based Practice implementation was 'Physicians will not cooperate with implementation'. This barrier pertains to the characteristics of the setting factors. The next greatest barrier was from the presentation factor characteristic, 'The research is not reported clearly and readably'. The third and the fourth greatest barriers had the same mean. These two were 'Research reports/articles are not readily available' and 'Administration will not allow implementation'. 120 pp. Englisch.

It is shown that for a particular condition the surface can become unstable through two different mechanisms, one is when the surface is charge…d, while the other arises due to dissipation instabilities caused by the radiation energy flux. In the linear approximation, a general dispersion relation is derived, taking into account magneto -radiative effect, surface charge and gravity.The importance of thermal radiation on the Jeans instability is discussed for a magnetized dusty plasma with gravitaional effects. The one fluid MHD equations are developed by assuming that the entropy of each subsystem of plasma is conserved, when the temperature of plasma species is nonrelativistic. The dispersion relation, in this case shows that thermal radiation helps to stabilize Jeans instability. It is shown that the plasma is stable in certain range of wavelengths. The magnetic field stabilizes Jeans instability when the wave propagates across the magnetic field. However, for oblique propagation it is seen that the magnetic field does not stabilize Jeans instability. 88 pp. Englisch.

For this course, campus leaders should determine if they should include course information in a format that can be accessed by these devices. The realization that such a code is an ideal in the group algebra of a cyclic group has motivated a large body of research into using group algebras to produce codes. In this area, the central theme is ``efficiency,'' a term that describes the need to maximize simultaneously both the Hamming distance between code words and the dimension of the code. Since an ideal in a semisimple group algebra KG corresponds to a central idempotent, and since a central idempotent is the sum of idempotents that generate the simple components of KG, the need to find these simple components is clear. This is the theme of the present monograph, which will interest many algebraists, including those who study Moufang loops and alternative rings. We have tested the assumption that the higher the density of a document, the higher the salience (score) of its sentences leading to better summaries.We have also done work on user-based models of multi-document summarization. We note that different users can generate rather different summaries on the basis of the same source data and query. We have exploited machine learning techniques to generate models oriented to specific users, but for the same query and source data. Also, we have explored the actor-object relationship (AOR) between sentences.
