"Part I posits that there are no biological races among humans; "race" exists only as socially defined categories based on morphological and biological variations in human subpopulations. Different cultures have developed different taxonomies for defining races. Part III examines the merits of intelligence tests themselves, forwarding the thesis that IQ tests inherently measure only cultural (i.
