John Sinclair writes with knowledge, affection, and humor about the cowboys, cattlemen, farmers, and a way of life he knew many years ago when he worked the New Mexico range as a young man. One essay is on Armonett's Saddle Shop in Roswell. The stories are illustrated with line drawings and with color paintings by Edmond DeLavy. BNDING/CONDITION: two tone brown cloth binding; the boards are very slightly bowed, a dark stain affects a small portion of the upper text edge, and a slight damp swell to the top outside corner of the text, otherwise a Very Good book, with a Very Good dust jacket; the jacket is not chipped, but is somewhat faded at the spine. Small 4to (about 10.25 inches tall). 191 pages.
