Condizione: Used - Very Good. VG hardback. 1st edition. Faint grubby spot on page fore-edge; otherwise a bright, tidy copy in tight binding. Green cloth with gilt lettering on front board and spine.

Octavo, pp. [i-vi] vii [viii] ix [x] xi-xix [xx] 1-187 [188: blank], cloth. First edition.
