Miniature glass oil and kerosene burning lamps were made in many variations in the 19th and early 20th centuries. The full-size lamps have been made continuously since 1825, when the originals were produced in Sandwich, Massachusetts, and the miniatures correspond in every detail with them. All of the component parts are explained thoroughly, and an extensive range of the variations is shown.
