I bought it new and immediately put an archival dust jacket protector on it. Pages are clean, binding is tight. Dustjacket has a 1 1/2" crease in the lower right corner. The book itself as As New. I have read it once Smoke free home, kept in a glass bookcase. Photo is of the actual copy that I am selling.
