[1996] Limited Printing - 221/1400; Branding Iron Press; quarto hardcover in fine condition or nearly so. Illustrated. Inscribed by Cramer on flyleaf verso. Re: New Mexico in the 1860's and 1870's. Handsome blue cloth hardcover with crisp silver text on spine; silver and gold on front board. Tight/square with sharp corners and clean boards; unmarked other than inscription and number; really a handsome copy for the collector of Western Americana. Inscribed by Author(s).
