This way up is a booklet produced in response to the exhibition of the same title, which took place at Flowers Gallery, Kingsland Road, London from April 16 - May 17, 2015. It also includes a separate copy of Tom Lovelace's Monteluco Sole #1, 2013 (see main image). While the book mainly contains Lovelace's artwork, there are a couple of written commentaries included, outlining some of the thinking behind the illustrations. The latter are often apparently underpinned by the sort of questioning often associated with the work of Lewis Caroll - you're nothing but a pack of cards! Condition - very sound - slight hints of edgewear. pp. 108/12mo. Very tight binding; hence limited images (and lizard).
