This book elucidates on the second and third spraying for the codling moth and provides tables and statistics regarding varied experiments aimed at improving crop yield through different methods. The author discusses a multitude of techniques, performing several experiments over multiple years to test the efficacy of various sprays on various apple tree species. Conducted in different seasons, these experiments consider factors such as spray pressure, the interval between spraying, and the concentration of the spray. The results show that certain spraying methods and materials are more successful than others, and that the timing of the application is also crucial.
