Electrical resistivity and density measurements were performed on numerous rods at temperatures from 4 to 300 K. Thermal conductivity measurements were performed on thirteen specimens at ambient conditions. The author discovered a correlation between these variables that allows for the calculation of thermal conductivity from simple and inexpensive electrical resistivity and density measurements to within 2%. The results of this study will be of interest to researchers in the fields of materials science, engineering, and physics.
