It closes at Grotten Herten on 31 March 1919. Bayenghem is where it spent longest, 145 days across four separate stays, including a single unbroken stay of 60 and it came back to Doulieu five separate times.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Chateau du Forestel, Bivouac Dessart Wood, Havrincourt Wood, Front Line trenches N.E. of Ypres, Bivouac in Marles Lez Mines Wood, La Trenches G.H.Q.
