Winning is just a bi-product of our collective effort as an organization. My intent with this book is to touch on all the major areas that a method should cover to be successful. When you are finished reading "The Method" you should have plenty of new ideas and material to incorporate and use with your team. Don't be afraid to experiment with new ideas and implement changes.
