The book extends to 158pp plus additional un-numbered glossy pages containing 39 plates, mostly black and white photographs but also some examples of tickets. Comprising seven chapters and appendices the text also includes seven maps and diagrams. Despite being a reprint the photographs are of reasonable quality.
