Cloth, 8vo, 25 cm, 303 pp, 15 ills. From the blurb - "This book is an account of the life and times of a nineteenth century diplomat, Lord Stuart de Rothesay. He was an eccentric and - as the title that he chose for himself shows - a romantic.
