Moreover, among other factors responsible for ineffective health management deduced from literature and the respondents are: insufficient health facilities, equipment and drugs affect the majority of government hospital whereas, the private hospital such as Baptist Medical Hospital that has enough major facilities cannot be reached by low-income people.
