This work outlines a vertical handover decision (VHD) idea for optimizing the performance of the Fourth generation (4G) heterogeneous wireless networks in which increase throughput and data rate for the user. Two networks have been considered, such as LTE and WiMax. The handover among them have been executed in step with the RSS, bandwidth and SNR, the handover among them has been examined.
