It was documentation by the use of accession registers of IIUI library, thesis register, membership registers, IT files lists and budget guide line books of IIUI Central library. A survey was conducted through the questionnaire and interviews from the students and library staff to investigate the utilization of library resources. The respondents of the questionnaire were the students of IIUI.200 students comprised target population sample. The study led to the findings that successions of progressive changes have been brought about in the development of the Central library of IIU.
