The designed formulations were also subjected to post compressional analysis of the parameters such as,hardness, friability, in-vitro, in-vivo disintegration time, water absorption ratio, weight variation, drug content, wetting time, analgesic antipyretic activity, gastric tolerance study in rats, in vitro drug release study. Drug-polymer interaction studies were done by FTIR and DSC.
