This qualitative research aimed to discover the experiences of adolescent mothers on fetal demise and explored on their coping strategies. Filipino adolescent mothers expressed that it was a learning experience. Further, sadness, grief and depression were shared by the participants. Coping strategies were banked on the familial support and peer support, spiritual devotion through prayers and believing that 'God has plans'. Addressing the needs of the adolescent mother is of particular significance especially on the onset of loss from admission to the healthcare facility until the client is discharged.
