The major findings in the book include the sub-committees affected project sustainability and therefore need to be equipped with managerial skills in order to be effective. In other words, there is need to train management committee on technical knowledge so that they can be efficient and effective. Further, there is need for management committee to be equipped with financial skills in order to budget for projects. On how people (community) affect the project in Africa today, the book reveals that cultural background has to be valued and managers should understand peoples' culture in Order to fast-track the implementation of the envisaged project in terms of work, growth and sustainability. 80 pp. Französisch.
