All of them were male and under the age of 70, their average age was 47 years. Respondent s agricultural experience were maximum 50 years. About 14% respondents were illiterate, 14% were primary pass, 23% were middle pass, 26% were matric, and 13% were F.A while 7% were graduate and 3% were master degree holders. Mostly, 74%, respondents belong to joint family system while 25% belong to nuclear family system.
