They are also different because of their distinct characteristics such as Language, Food Habit, Religion, Rituals and Festivals.This group is based on the common ancestral beliefs,occupational status and identity.The cultural diversity of the Mundas refers to the variation in institution,tradition, and customs.The main objectives of this paper were to explore the religious beliefs and rituals of the Munda community as well as their economic,social, political alienation.Actually the deprivation of the Munda community had crossed their assumption.It is very unfortunate that we live in the 21st century but they are totally deprived of all the privileges of modernization.Our government has taken a great initiative to make digital this country which is unknown to the people of Munda community. Although their equal citizenship of this country they could not meet up their fundamental needs which are the constitutional obligation of Bangladesh Government. 68 pp. Englisch.
