Es zeigt, daß anspruchsvolle Architektur für alle erschwinglich sein kann und auch in Städten im Zuge der Verdichtung möglich ist. Die Erschließung des neuen Wohnraums für alle erfolgt über die Bebauung von Flachdächern, die im urbanen Raum in Vielzahl vorhanden sind. Leider blieben die Möglichkeiten der gezielten Bebauung von Dächern besonders in den Neubauvierteln in der Vergangenheit weitgehend unerkannt.
