Von 1989 bis 2003 war sie Intendantin des Hebbeltheaters, von 2003 bis 2006 Direktorin des Berliner Künstlerprogramms des DAAD. Johannes Odenthal, Kunsthistoriker und Autor für Tanz, Performance und zeitgenössische Kunst, von 2006 bis 2022 Programmbeauftragter der Akademie der Künste Berlin.
