The survey questionnaire was based from the checklist for proper records management practices with modifications appropriate within the context of university. The study found out that both the extent of knowledge and practices in records management of personnel were found as 'moderate' in all aspects except for 'records access' having 'high knowledge'. 52 pp. Englisch.
