It was found that electropulsing accelerated tremendously transformations and enhanced greatly both plastic behavior and physical properties in both alloys and thin films of semiconductors. Also, multi-circulation of transformations were quantitatively detected, which provided feasible ways to monitor structural evolution and to enhance conductivity and optical properties of the thin films of semiconductors. 112 pp. Englisch.
