Taschenbuch. Condizione: Neu. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -This work is confined to the preparation and characterization of acrylate polymeric additives. These additives were prepared by estrification of acrylic acid with different alcohols (decyl, 1- dodecyl, 1- tetradecyl and hexadecyl) and then copolymerization of the prepared esters with different moles of styrene. The molecular weights of the prepared copolymers were determined by GPC. The efficiencies of the prepared copolymers as viscosity index and flow improvers for base lube oil were studied. It was found that the best VI improver (D4) afforded value of VI equals to 177. On the other hand, the lowest temperature at which the lube oil doped with the most efficient additive (A1) retains its flow equals -22° C. 144 pp. Englisch. …
