Results from the study revealed that Shell Development Petroleum Corporation's human capital development strategies impacted positively on indigenes of oil producing communities. While, human capital development strategies of Chevron Nigeria Limited and Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited impacted negatively to indigenes of oil producing communities in Niger Delta Region. 192 pp. Englisch.
